We utilise a client-centred care framework - meeting clients where they are at in their journey, and creating a safe and supportive space to explore contributing factors and collaboratively develop action steps that move you closer to your goals.

  • Nutrition therapy to address any nutrient deficiencies or health concerns related to disordered eating

  • Meal planning support to meet physiological needs

  • Graduating exposure to foods to support flexibility in food selection and enjoyment

  • Dissecting, challenging and reframing beliefs around foods and your body

  • Developing alternative strategies to deal with heavy emotions and difficult circumstances

  • Developing a pattern of eating that is rooted in self-care, body respect and enjoyment 

 

We will empower you with the tools and knowledge to foster a positive relationship with food, helping you regain ease and enjoyment in your eating habits, all while supporting your long-term recovery and well-being.
